Birthday
Mi sister’s birthday was on Monday, and since it was special because she turned 18, my mum wanted to surprised her. She’s really into horses and she’s training and all, so we figured she would love to go to a horse village that it’s only 3h apart from our house.
Problem: tomorrow’s my birthday and it’s her surprise too. I decided that I didn’t want any celebration, I want everyone focus on my sister and not me because I’ll be 19, it’s like any other birthday, it’s not special. I feel like I’m doing the right thing. I’m not even sad or anything.
My mum always compares my marks to my sister’s, our behaviors … and I’m given as an example, and she feels bad about it; me too. A year ago, our relationship was so bad because of it. I think we’re better now, but I don’t want her to feel like we’re competing against each other because we’re mainly sisters.
So yeah, tomorrow, 25th, my birthday, not celebration, and not feeling bad about it.
Besides, I’m not in the mood. I feel sad and low and blah
