Healthy coconut balls:
- 150 grs shredded coconut.
- 100 grs stevia.
- 2 whole eggs.
- The shredded skin of 1 lemon.
- 2 teaspoon vanilla scent.
Directions:
1) Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them.
2) In a different bowl, beat both eggs together.
3) Add in the eggs to the dry ingredients and the vanilla scent
4) Make the balls (this recipe makes 17, depending on the size, you will come up with more or less than that).
5) Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 celsius.
